How long will my order of promotional products take?

Turnaround time is an important question when placing an order of promotional products. It is good to keep in mind when planning events and functions. Generally when the order is placed, and we receive the artwork, we will produce a PDF proof showing the placement of logo on the product that you selected. Once you have approved the order the average delivery time is 2 – 8 weeks.

 

What type of artwork do I need?

To imprint your logo on a promotional product, or embroidering it on clothing we require a vectored artwork file. File formats that are used for vector data are: EPS (Encapsulated PostScript), PDF (Portable Document Format), AI (Adobe Illustrator).

 

What is your minimum order quantity?

Our suppliers set minimums that vary depending on the products. Below minimum quantities may be subject to a one time fee.

 

What is a setup charge?

A setup charge is the cost associated in preparing the materials necessary to imprint your logo on your desired item. This may include preparing an etching plate, screen or digital file for imprint methods such as silk screening, pad printing or laser engraving. In most cases this is a one time charge and will not be charged again for any future exact repeat orders of the same product.
